We're all for wacky food concepts, and the new
Proef
restaurant in Amsterdam caught our eye. The Amsterdam location opened last month, joining a sister restaurant
in Rotterdam, and
both Proefs are helmed by food designer Maria Vogelzang. During
the week, the restaurant serves as a food design studio, and on
weekends ordinary folk are allowed to come in and sample the
