Greek Mystique

We're big fans of Santorini here at iTravel iShop (could have something to do with being Greek ourselves) and have been there twice in the past few years. Here's a whole new reason to visit the island: the new Hotel Mystique. This Starwood Hotel has just 18 rooms (all suites) and is located in Oia, arguably the most beautiful spot on the island. The rooms are housed in villas which all have private terraces, overlooking the sea. They also have infinity pools with cliff top views. The suites have every mod con, from flat screen televisions, wireless internet connections and in room massages. Opa! Mystique, Oia, Santorini Island, Santorini, Greece, Phone: (30)(228) 6071114.

Get Your Greek On

If you're looking for a funky place to stay in Athens, you have two options: the
Karim Rashid-designed Semiramis and the Baby Grand, which just came across our radar a few days ago. The hotel was decorated by 1
0 international artists from the world of graffiti, urban art and illustrations. Each hotel room has been decorated differently and artists have taken their inspiration from Japanese landscapes, art nouveau, and classic comic book heroes. In the graffiti inspired rooms, expect to see running waters, mountains, forests, true fairy tales, and dreaming creatures. For dinner, there's the chic Meat Me Restaurant and for an après-work drink, try the Moet & Chandon bar. There's also an in-house spa from Carita.
