If you love Ritz-Carlton service but don't always like big hotels, consider the Ritz-Carlton Reserve. This new collection of hotels will launch in March with the opening of Phulay Bay in Krabi, Thailand. So what makes a Reserve hotel different than a typical Ritz-Carlton? These hotels will be a bit smaller and the design will closely reflect the location. There will also be an emphasis on privacy and getting under the skin of the destination through unique experiences.
