Considering the non stop rain and chilly
weather here in London,
escaping to Hawaii sounds
better than ever. And here's a whole new reason to go (not that
anyone needs an excuse). The Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea has just
completed a $50 million renovation. Here's what is new at
the resort. The 380 guestrooms have been remodeled, with all new
carpets and soft furnishings, and have also been given a
technology upgrade. There's also the new DUO restaurant, serving
steak and seafood, and the hotel is now home to museum quality
art in the public areas and guest rooms. Upgrades were also
undertaken in the spa, with three new ocean front outdoor
Hawaiian “hales” constructed in the traditional Hawaiian
style without nails or screws by one of the few master “hale”
builders in the world, Francis Sinenci. For more information,
