While Heathrow’s brand new Terminal 5 may be having some teething issues when it comes to baggage, we’re excited about some new shopping opportunities there and also at Terminal 1. Heathrow has always had great boutiques, but now has some stellar exclusive beauty ranges, such as Estee Lauder’s Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia perfume, created just for Terminal 5, a new fragrance collection by Tom Ford called Private Blend, and Bobbi Brown’s Pink Satin Collection, which is perfect for spring. And if you find yourself in Terminal 1, check out the new Cocoon Beauty Sanctuary by World Duty Free, which opened in February. This store carries plenty of hot new cosmetic brands as well as premium lines which have never been offered in airports, such as Dermalogica, Dr Sebagh, This Works, Dr Hauschka, Decleor and Ren- all at (hello!) tax free prices.
And, one of our favourite brands will also be stocked there- skincare by Vaishaly, which was previously only available at her salon and Harvey Nichols. And since we all have to find a way to fill that three hour gap until our flight takes off, why not have a beauty treatment? Cocoon offers a Dermalogica treatment room offering facials. Best of all, Cocoon will be rolling out to the other terminals.
